Before all the little stuff, here is the important stuff you need to know:

1. What’s it all about?

   Besides having a great website we also want to treat out subscribers to some great prizes. So every few months we will be running a unique competition. In this one, Dealafrica will randomly select not one, not two, but 3 (three) lucky winners from the list of its subscribers and Facebook fans and each subscriber and/or Facebook fan will win an awesome cash prize.

2. What are the PRIZES?

   The size of the Prize depends on you! The more people subscribe = the more CASH you can win! So forward this email to all your friends, family and co-workers. TRUST US, this is one competition that they will not want to miss out on! (All they have to do is Subscribe – its Free & it takes 3 seconds).

   • 1,000 - 5,000 new subscribers = R1,250 cash prize per winner.
   • 5,001 - 10,000 new subscribers = R3,000 cash prize per winner.
   • 10,001 - 15,000 new subscribers = R5,000 cash prize per winner.
   • 15,001 and more new subscribers = R7,000 cash prize per winner.

   If, for some strange reason, the number of subscribers during the Competition Period is less than 1,000 subscribers, then the Prize will be R500 cash prize per winner.

3. When does the competition start/end?

   The Competition will begin on the 3rd of October, 2011 and end on the 5th of December 2011 (the “Competition Period”).

4. How do I Participate?

   Wow! This is an easy one. All you have to do is Subscribe (it’s Free and only takes about 3 seconds) or “Like” us on Facebook (pssst, don’t tell anyone but we suggest that you do both as this improves you chances of winning by double).

5. Who can participate?

   In order to participate you must:

   • Be a legal resident of South-Africa;
   • Be 18 years of age or older ( If younger then you need parental consent);
   • Have a South-African bank account to which the prize can be transferred.

   Participants must be either Facebook fans and/or Dealafrica subscribers at the time the winners are selected. If not you will not be considered a participant.
   Only one email and/or “Like” per person is permitted. Multiple subscriptions or Likes by the same person using different accounts will cause the immediate disqualification of that person. We do check, so please refrain from doing so.

6. Acceptance of Competition Rules

   By entering this competition you, the participant, fully understand and unconditionally agree and accept to these rules and the decisions of Dealafrica, which are final and binding in all matters related to the competition. Whether a participant receives the Prize, is contingent upon the fulfilling of all requirements set forth herein.

7. Selection of Winners

   At the end of the Competition Period, a draw will be held, during which one of the Dealafrica employees will randomly select a number from a list of numbers within a sealed black bag. Each unique number will represent a unique Dealafrica subscriber or Facebook Fan. The employee will not have access to, or knowledge of, who each number represents. Additionally, an independent and external lawyer will supervise the draw to make sure that it was done in a fair and random manner.
   The three (3) lucky winners will be announced within 24 hours of the draw, and will be contacted through the email they provided when they subscribed, or through their Facebook account. Unfortunately, unclaimed Prizes will not be awarded. If a subscriber does not respond to a Prize notification within 10 days after Dealafrica has attempted to contact them, the Prize will be forfeited. Dealafrica will try contact the winners at least 3 times before forfeiting the Prize.

8. Publishing of Winners Partial Personal Information

   Dealafrica may display the winners' partial details on the Dealafrica website, Dealafrica Facebook page, Dealafrica Daily email, Dealafrica Twitter account or any other form of media with which Dealafrica may choose. Such display may include, but not limited to, your partial email address, abbreviated name, city of residence and etc. Other personal information, if any, collected during the competition is subject to the Dealafrica website Privacy Policy, located at http://www.dealafrica.co.za/privacy.php. By participating in this competition, you agree to the use of your partial information as described in the above policy and these Rules.

9. Limitations of liability and Waiver of claims agreement

   Dealafrica will not liable for violations of any third-party rights by the participant. All winners will be required to complete, sign and return a Waiver of Claims Agreement prior to receiving the Prize, within ten (10) days of attempted notification, or the Prize may be forfeited.

10. Limitation of liability

    BY ENTERING AND PARTICIPATING IN THIS COMPETITION AND BY RECEIPT OF THE PRIZE, YOU, THE PARTICIPANT AND POTENTIAL WINNER AGREE TO RELEASE AND HOLD HARMLESS DEALAFRICA AND IT’S RESPECTIVE AFFILIATES, SUPPLIERS, DISTRIBUTORS AND EACH OF THEIR RESPECTIVE PARENT COMPANIES AND EACH SUCH COMPANY'S OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES AND AGENTS FROM AND AGAINST ANY LOSSES, DAMAGES, RIGHTS, CLAIM OR CAUSE OF ACTION OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, PERSONAL INJURY, DEATH, OR DAMAGE TO OR LOSS OF PROPERTY, AS WELL AS CLAIMS BASED ON PUBLICITY RIGHTS, DEFAMATION, AND/OR INVASION OF PRIVACY ARISING, IN WHOLE OR IN PART, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY OUT OF ENTERING AND PARTICIPATING IN THIS COMPETITION OR RECEIPT OR USE OR MISUSE OF THE PRIZE. DEALAFRICA AND IT’S RESPECTIVE AFFILIATES, SUPPLIERS, DISTRIBUTORS AND EACH OF THEIR RESPECTIVE PARENT COMPANIES AND EACH SUCH COMPANY'S OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES AND AGENTS ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY ERROR, OMISSION, INTERRUPTION, DELETION, DEFECT, OR DELAY IN OPERATIONS OR TRANSMISSION; THEFT OR DESTRUCTION OR UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS OR ALTERATIONS OF ANY ENTRY, COMPUTER TRANSMISSIONS, OR FOR TECHNICAL TELEPHONE EQUIPMENT, ELECTRONIC, HARDWARE OR SOFTWARE, NETWORK, INTERNET, OR COMPUTER MALFUNCTIONS OF ANY KIND; OR INACCURATE TRANSMISSION OF, OR FAILURE TO RECEIVE ANY INFORMATION BY THE WEBSITE ON ACCOUNT OF TECHNICAL PROBLEMS OR TRAFFIC CONGESTION ON THE INTERNET OR ANY COMBINATION THEREOF.

11. Governing Law, Jurisdiction

    All issues related or with respect to this Competition, the Prizes and the Rules will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South-Africa and will be resolved in the competent courts of Johannesburg regardless of all and any circumstances that may lead to believe otherwise. Participant agrees to resolve any dispute or claim that participant may have against Dealafrica, its affiliates, suppliers, distributors, or each such company's officers, directors, employees and agents and to submit to personal jurisdiction in Johannesburg, South-Africa.
